Services

Touchstone serves both private and public sector clients. Our private services focus on real estate investment and asset deployment. Our government services are geared to delivery of quality loan programs, project targeted grant writing, and public financing. This allows Touchstone the ability to forge great public/private partnerships that achieve and balance both public community goals and private sector objectives. We know both sides of the project counter and can balance project development and community needs.

Touchstone is a small business with a large capacity. Touchstone utilizes a consultant network approach to customize teams of consultants to deliver the most efficient program or project delivery.
